These Terms of Service govern your use of the StitchLine platform operated by StitchLine Inc.. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. StitchLine provides a fashion product lifecycle management platform including trend forecasting, design collaboration, production tracking, and inventory planning tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. All design files, product data, and intellectual property uploaded to StitchLine remain the property of the respective users. We do not claim ownership of your content. These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
StitchLine Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details) and usage data to improve our services. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating StitchLine, subject to confidentiality agreements. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For data protection inquiries, contact our DPO at dpo@stitchline.space. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We comply with applicable data protection regulations in New York, USA.

This DPA applies when StitchLine Inc. processes personal data on behalf of customers using StitchLine. We process data solely for providing the contracted services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security. Sub-processors are engaged only with prior notice and subject to equivalent data protection obligations. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours. Data is processed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA. For DPA requests, contact dpo@stitchline.space.
